First, we’ll discuss your plans during a free site visit – either in person, via video call or digitally on your smartphone. We’ll then draw up a personalised schedule, transport route and packing plan, and provide you with a tailor-made quote. On the day of the move, we’ll load your belongings, take care of customs formalities and transport, and deliver them to your destination.

Depending on the destination, we choose road, sea or air freight – or a combination of these. For overseas removals, we load your belongings into standardised sea containers as soon as you move out; these are then transported directly onto lorries and inland waterway vessels. This eliminates the need for multiple transhipments.

Yes. We are familiar with the restrictions on goods and quantities in each country and take care of all the necessary formalities, including customs clearance. You will receive a clear overview in advance of the documents required.

Thanks to our global network of partners, we organise removals to many countries – within Europe, often using our own fleet of lorries, and overseas by sea or air freight. Please contact us with your desired destination and we will advise you on the options available.

Yes, your belongings are fully insured. Thanks to proper packing, trained staff and our knowledge of international transport law, we ensure that your belongings arrive safely at your new home.

Yes, as an optional service, we can store your belongings in our container storage facilities in Leverkusen – for example, if your new flat isn’t ready for you to move into yet. We’ll then deliver them at a time of your choosing.
