The sooner, the better: for larger offices, we recommend getting in touch several months before the move. This allows time for an inventory, space planning, coordination with your IT department and obtaining approvals. Smaller offices can be moved at shorter notice – just get in touch with us.

Yes. We relocate several hundred workstations, even at weekends, to ensure that operations are disrupted as little as possible. Thanks to meticulous planning, your staff will be fully operational again by Monday.

We pack computers, monitors and accessories into sturdy plastic PC crates and mesh roll-top boxes, and transport them in air-suspension vehicles. At the new location, we set up the workstations. For server rooms and larger IT environments, we offer a dedicated IT relocation service.

We organise files and documents using intelligent methods to ensure they are transported securely and that you retain access to your data even whilst the move is taking place. Rolling file trolleys provide secure storage. On request, we can also store archives permanently in our container warehouse.

Yes. We deliver and assemble new office furniture, pick and pack it centrally, and dispose of old furniture in accordance with best practice. Through our logistics network, we also assemble complex systems.
