      What sort of machinery can you transport?

      From small units and workbenches right through to complete production lines and large-scale plants – on virtually any scale. This also includes high-tech facilities as well as research and laboratory equipment.

      Do you carry out dismantling and assembly work?

      Yes. We dismantle machinery professionally, prepare it for transport, and then reassemble and calibrate it at its new location.

      How does a machine relocation work?

      Following a site visit, we will plan the entire process with you: dismantling, loading, transport and reassembly. We will organise all the necessary services and coordinate time slots to ensure that your production is disrupted for as short a time as possible.

      Can you move heavy machinery using the crane?

      Yes. We use crane lorries and mobile scaffolding, and we can also move heavy, large-scale equipment – even in places where space and access are limited.

      Do you also deliver abroad?

      Yes. Thanks to our central location in the heart of Europe and our own fleet of lorries, we carry out machinery transport throughout Germany and internationally.

      Für den Technologiekonzern GEA hat NIESEN die vollständige Projektlogistik beim Entladen vom Schiff und des Transports von zwei großformatigen Filteranlagen übernommen. Neben technischer Beratung und Planung verantwortete das Unternehmen aus Leverkusen die aufwändige Entladung der Komponenten vom Schiff am Rheinufer des »Chempark Dormagen«. Auch die termingerechte Anlieferung auf dem Werksgelände koordinierte der Logistiker.

      Großumzug für Mercedes-Benz: Komplettpaket inklusive Stern-Demontage mit NIESEN

      Im November 2025 verlagerte Mercedes-Benz den Pkw-Verkauf nach Frechen und den Servicebereich aus der Mercedes-Benz-Allee nach Pulheim. Hintergrund war die Neueröffnung des modernen, umweltneutralen Pkw-Centers in Frechen. NIESEN begleitete den Umzug des Servicebereichs mit Werkstatt und Teilelager von der frühen Planungsphase im Sommer bis zur finalen Übergabe. Ein eindrucksvoller Moment war die fachgerechte Entfernung des weithin sichtbaren Mercedes-Sterns per Kran vom Kölner Dach.

      Wenn jede Stunde zählt, ist auf NIESEN Verlass. Innerhalb von nur 24 Stunden konnte das komplette Logistikzentrum mehrerer Kliniken im Kölner Raum umgezogen werden. Mit Präzision, Tempo und Verantwortung erwiesen sich die Leverkusener Spediteure als »systemrelevante« Partner für den täglichen Klinikbetrieb.

      Ein anspruchsvoller Umzug unter Laborbedingungen: Für ein großes Klinikum im Kölner Raum transportierte NIESEN im Juli 2025 ein komplettes Speziallabor inklusive empfindlicher Tiefkühlsysteme. Um schwere Sicherheitswerkbänke zu verladen, kam das effiziente »Kran-Container-System« zum Einsatz.

      Hochwasserschutz in Hitdorf: NIESEN installiert ein Kilometer lange Schutzwand

      Im September 2024 hat NIESEN erneut gezeigt, dass die Anwohner von Leverkusen-Hitdorf auf einen Anstieg des Rheinpegels bestens vorbereitet sind. In einem Probelauf, der vom Logistiker bereits 2010 und 2017 durchgeführt wurde, wurde die fast einen Kilometer lange Hochwasserschutzanlage auch in diesem Jahr zügig errichtet. Insofern ist NIESEN bereit, falls der Rheinpegel bedrohlich ansteigen sollte.
