Relocation

An IT relocation involves carrying out an inventory, secure packing, transport and the reconnection of servers, network components and workstations. On request, we can combine this with a full office relocation.

We use plastic PC crates, mesh roll-on boxes and specialised packaging. Transport is carried out in vehicles with air suspension, whilst tail lifts and lashing straps provide additional protection.

That depends on the scope of the work and the preparation involved. Through meticulous planning and – where necessary – carrying out the move at weekends, we keep downtime to a minimum.

We set up workstations, including IT connections. We coordinate complex network structures with your IT department or your service provider.

We work with an inventory list and assign devices to their new locations during set-up, so that it is always clear where each piece of hardware is located.

Yes. We store IT equipment safely and in dry conditions at our alarm-protected container storage facility in Leverkusen, for example whilst you’re moving out and moving in.
