These and many other companies have already placed their trust in Niesen’s bespoke planning and services. When conducting your business relocation, you too can rely on a logistics provider with decades of expertise. We look forward to hearing from you.

Our all-in-one package for your archive relocation
We draw up a transfer plan and work with you to define the classification criteria. This ensures that the original filing structure of your archive is retained even after the move.
We relocate libraries and sections of libraries, and store them or provide temporary storage where required. Each unit is carefully documented and transported safely.
The entire inventory is recorded using computerised systems, supplemented by digital photographs. The data is available to you online – from collection right through to delivery.
Transport is carried out in lockable lorries to ensure that your files are protected from unauthorised access throughout the journey.
Anyone wishing to store archives off-site can make use of our alarm-secured container storage facility: fire-protected, climate-controlled and with separate storage for each client.
On request, we can specify the years in which documents are to be destroyed, draw up annual destruction lists and dispose of documents in accordance with statutory requirements.
