    Viewing & Planning

    An expert removals adviser will visit you at home, via video call, or you can use our digital survey service on your smartphone. We plan carefully and tailor our service to your individual needs, and draw up a quote that’s precisely tailored to you – the viewing is free of charge.

    Packing & Unpacking

    Professional, secure packing carried out by trained staff: We supply moving boxes and all packing materials, pack up your belongings and, if you wish, unpack them at your new home – or you can pack them yourself.

    Transport & Vehicle Fleet

    Our modern fleet of vehicles will get your belongings safely to their destination: loading, transport and unloading are carried out by friendly, well-trained staff – in the Leverkusen, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bergisch Gladbach areas, as well as throughout Germany.

    Assembly & Installation

    If required, we can also take care of kitchen fitting, furniture assembly, and IT and electrical connections. We carry out all the work to such an extent that, once you’re at your new home, all you really have to do is move in.

    Storage & Insurance

    Do you need some temporary storage space? We’ll store your removal goods safely in our container storage facilities. Throughout the entire move, your furniture and belongings are, of course, covered by our insurance.

      How do I get a quote for my move?

      Simply book an appointment: a specialist removals adviser will visit you at home free of charge, or you can opt for a video survey via a video call or a digital survey on your smartphone. Alternatively, you can fill in our inventory list. Based on this, we will draw up a tailor-made, no-obligation quote for you.

      What is the difference between a standard, full-service and self-pack removal?

      With our Classic Removal service, we take care of packing, transport and unpacking, offering a significantly higher level of personalised service. Our full service goes even further, handing over your flat ‘ready to move into’, including assembly, installation and cleaning. With our self-packing removal service, you pack your own belongings; we supply the boxes and materials and take care of loading, transport and unloading.

      Within what radius does Niesen carry out regional moves?

      Our central location in Leverkusen is right next to Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bergisch Gladbach, and close to the Ruhr region – ideal for removals within this area. As part of the nationwide DMS network, we also organise removals throughout Germany, as well as to and from other countries.

      Is my furniture insured during the move?

      Yes, insurance is included in our service package. Your belongings are insured whilst being loaded, transported and unloaded. Together with proper packing, a modern fleet of vehicles and well-trained staff, we ensure that your belongings arrive safely and undamaged at your new home.

      Does Niesen also carry out kitchen fitting and electrical connections?

      Yes, if required, we can handle your move, including kitchen fitting, IT and electrical connections, and IT installations. We carry out all the work so that all you have to do is move in. On request, we can even take care of digital room planning and organising the contents of your cupboards.

      Can I store my belongings temporarily whilst moving house?

      Yes, we can store your belongings in our container storage facilities if you wish – for example, if there is a gap between moving out and moving in. Your belongings will be stored safely, in a dry place and with insurance cover, and we will deliver your furniture to your new home on the date of your choice.

      Are there any special quotes for senior citizens?

      Yes, with our relocation service for senior citizens, we offer specialised ‘advanced services’: in-depth advice, a particularly respectful approach to your home and personal belongings, a full service including kitchen fitting, cleaning and waste disposal, as well as a turnkey handover of your new home.
